1. Operator and acceptance

SiteClash is operated by SmartBotCrafters S.à r.l.-s, RCS Luxembourg B283.863, Wormeldange, Luxembourg. By submitting an entry you explicitly agree to these Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and accept required lifecycle email.

2. Eligible fighters and authority

A fighter must be an independently identifiable public web project with its own domain or subdomain. You must own it or be authorized to promote it. Social profiles, repository paths, app-store listings, files, parked or redirect-only domains, login-only pages, and unsafe or unlawful destinations are not eligible. SiteClash may request proportionate control evidence, hold, reject, disable, disqualify, or cancel when integrity requires it.

3. Entry and scheduling

Submission alone reserves nothing. Verified and approved entries receive FIFO eligibility. Exactly eight eligible fighters lock a roster. The earliest available Friday 12:00 UTC slot is assigned only if schedule, dashboards, and eight notification rows can commit by Wednesday 12:00 UTC. Incomplete weekends are skipped. A disclosed pre-start vacancy may compact FIFO entries to an earlier date only while preserving at least 48 hours of committed notice. You may withdraw before activation.

4. Hidden lineup and immutable identity

SiteClash keeps every opponent identity and public voting link sealed until activation. You may disclose your own participation independently. Roster lock freezes the identity that will power the live board and permanent result.

5. Competition rules

One fight runs on the fixed UTC grid: activation Friday 12:00; Chop 1 Saturday 00:00; Chops 2–6 at 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, and 20:00; Chop 7 and crown Sunday 00:00. Votes are cumulative and never reset. One eligible visit per fighter and fight-scoped IP hash is credited for the complete fight. A visitor may support multiple fighters.

At every chop exactly one fighter leaves. Pending disqualification takes priority. Otherwise the lowest cumulative total loses; a tie uses the lowest just-closed-window total, then the numerically largest frozen tie rank. The seed commitment is public before activation and the seed and mapping reveal at activation. Chop 7 crowns only a sole eligible survivor.

6. Integrity and incidents

Automated clicking, click farms, deceptive or purchased attribution, malware, and manipulation are prohibited. Accepted votes are not silently subtracted. Remedies are an auditable scheduled disqualification or cancellation. Voting closes at each exact deadline. A transition over 15 minutes late pauses rather than catches up. Recovery preserves earned scores and grants the interrupted canonical window on a later reserved weekend. If a legitimate champion is impossible, the fight cancels without replacing the incumbent.

7. Champion reward

The winner exclusively owns the reigning-champion hero, global crown banner, newest Fight Archive record, and stable champion card until a successor is atomically crowned. The reward is earned-only, grants no competitive advantage, and is not sold or shared.

8. Sponsors

Sponsor placement is advertising only and never influences roster admission, order, display, votes, rank, survival, or the crown. Purchase terms, price, duration, taxes, and refund rights appear at checkout when inventory opens.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by Luxembourg law, liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable loss from breach of an essential obligation.

10. Law and contact
