1. The deal
SiteClash is a promotional game for websites, operated by SmartBotCrafters S.à r.l.-s (RCS Luxembourg B283.863, Wormeldange, Luxembourg, sbc.lu). By listing a site or buying a sponsor placement you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Arena.
2. Eligibility & listings
You must own or be authorised to promote the site you list, and the site must not contain illegal content, malware, or material infringing others' rights. One listing per site URL per season. We may reject or remove any listing at our discretion, especially for fraud, abuse, or content violating these terms.
3. Game rules
Survival is determined by counted clicks through your unique arena link. Votes accumulate throughout each seven-day season. At 00:00 UTC, zero-vote sites are eliminated, then last place is eliminated; when ten or more survive, the bottom 10% are eliminated instead. Newer entrants lose ties at the cut line. The final board decides the champion. Automated clicking, click farms, purchased traffic, self-refresh tricks, incentivised clicks misrepresenting the destination, and any other manipulation of attribution will get the listing disqualified without refund. Operator rulings are final. Eliminated sites may re-enter in later seasons.
4. Advertising & sponsorships
Sponsor slots display your favicon, ad name, and the description from your website's own meta tags. You warrant that your site complies with applicable law and these terms. Ad placement is rotated randomly; position is not guaranteed. Slots are time-limited to the period purchased. No refunds for unused hours once a slot is active, except where required by law.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are shown before checkout and include applicable VAT (merchant of record handles collection). We may change future prices; purchases already made are unaffected.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Arena is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg law we exclude warranties not stated here and limit liability to intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence only for damage from injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual duties, capped at foreseeable, typical damage (at most the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim). Nothing limits statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by Luxembourg law; EU consumer protection rules apply regardless of choice of law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Luxembourg unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
